This policy explains what personal information SMH Consulting Group LLC ("SMH") collects when you use this website or buy an SMH Gold Edge license, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name and email address.
- Billing details: your billing address and country. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never seen or stored by SMH.
- License details: your MetaTrader 5 account number and broker, so your license can be issued.
- Support records: messages you send us and notes from installation and support.
This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our payment processor may set its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
How we use it
- To process your purchase, issue your license and deliver the software.
- To confirm your eligibility, including that you are not in the United States.
- To provide installation help and support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Our payment processor, to take payment.
- The software developer, who receives your MT5 account number and license details so the license can be issued and supported.
- Service providers who host this website and send our emails, only as needed to provide those services.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
If you open a broker account through a referral link on this site, the broker collects your information under its own privacy policy, and SMH may receive compensation from that broker.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase and license records for as long as your license is active and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages are kept for up to 3 years after your last contact.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email support@goldedgetrading.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
International transfers
Our systems and service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. We use providers that protect personal information appropriately.
